WELCOME DRINK – Paloma Cocktail
Totopos (Mexican corn chips) with:
Guacamole, salsa chile de arbol (roasted chilli & tomatillo salsa), pico de gallo (fresh coriander, spanish onion & ripe tomato salad)
Ancho chillies stuffed with smoky black beans, herbed tofu ricotta & topped with a fragrant tomato sauce
Soft Corn Tacos served with a choice of 2 toppings:
Courgette fritters, salsa verde, spring onion, creme fraîche
Portobello mushrooms seared in pasilla chilli salsa, with pico de gallo, vegan feta & fresh avocado
Key Lime Pie
Cashew cream, coconut & lime mousse with a walnut & date base
