Wanting to shine the spotlight firmly on plant-based cooking Jump To The Beet was started to showcase the versatility of vegan and vegetarian cooking. Here’s a taster of what to expect…
WELCOME DRINK – Paloma Cocktail
NIBBLES – Totopos (Mexican corn chips) with:
Guacamole, salsa chile de arbol (roasted chilli & tomatillo salsa), pico de gallo (fresh coriander, spanish onion & ripe tomato salad)
STARTER – Hearts Of Palm Ceviche (hearts of palm infused with a zesty citrus vinaigrette, sesame seeds, fresh tomatoes, radishes, micro greens)
MAIN COURSE – Soft Corn Tacos served with a choice of 3 toppings
Black bean, sweet potato, chipotle mayo, pink onion
Breaded courgette, salsa verde, spring onion, creme fraîche
Mixed mushrooms, pasilla chilli salsa, pico de gallo
DESSERT – Key Lime Pie (cashew cream, coconut & lime mousse with a walnut & date base)
