The “shroomin’ lovely” taco has been with us from the start. At this time of year it’s perfect, meaty portobello mushrooms seared with fragrant spices and marinated in a rich tomatillo & pasilla chilli sauce. Pasilla chillies and mushrooms work brilliantly together and there’s plenty of seasonal mushrooms to get your hands on. Sure, we’d rather the sun was beating down on our faces, but for now, we will let food carry us there in spirit.
