Jump To The Beet was started in 2017 by Catherine who’s professional background lies in music and designing playlists for restaurants, bars and retail stores globally. Catherine emerged onto the food scene in 2014, hosting a series of Mexican supper clubs in her Brixton apartment as Dos Corazones. She has been vegetarian for over 20 years and combines her love of cooking and creating plant-based dishes with music to offer expertly paired sounds and flavour.
